Return instructions engines & transmissions

Engines and / or transmissions must be securely tied on a pallet

Engines & transmissions must be free of fluids! The distributor strictly monitors this! Leakage during transport is charged as an environmental offense which carries a substantial fine! This will be recovered from you in the event of negligence!

All attachments must remain on the engine. Except if attachments need to be transferred that are not included with the new engine you purchased. This is strictly checked!

You must report a return using our form on the website. Within 5 working days, engines and / or transmissions that you have registered will be collected.

After receipt, verification and approval you will receive a credit invoice for the deposit.

Payments of the credited deposit will be made within 14 days.

Please note! When returning an article, all sealing labels that may be present must remain in place and undamaged.
